I had an issue with the check in the room was not ready at 3:30 pm ! 30 minutes after the listed check in time , sadly when I tried to complain there response was to wait for the room and the raised issue to be solved after the weekend! I tried calling and complain the pathway for raising a complaint was not clear and confusing, also the pathway for complaints through booking.com was very very unclear. I really don’t think I will stay there again for this issue. The overall stay was convenient and room was spotless clean and comfortable with good sea view I wish they can solve the issue of check in and work on the experience of the guest

Everything was perfect i even reached the hotel before the check-in by hours and they didnt charge enything and i waited 2 min only
