From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable — always kind, professional, and ready to help with anything we needed. Check-in was smooth, and every interaction throughout my visit was warm and sincere. The room was spotless, well-equipped, and beautifully maintained. Every detail, from the cozy bed to the thoughtful amenities, showed real care and attention. Housekeeping did an excellent job each day, and the overall atmosphere of the hotel was calm and inviting. Breakfast was delicious with plenty of variety, and the service team made sure everything ran perfectly. The location was also ideal — convenient yet peaceful.

Tareq head of food and beverage said if we needed anything during our stay to speak to any member of staff as they are like one big family. He was 100% correct all the staff are like one big family and welcomed us into their family
