Clean. Lovely facilities. Allowed us to check in early and collect keys as we were attending an event which didn't finish until after the hotel kicked up for the night. Continental breakfast had great selection.

The location is excellent with lots of free parking nearby. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is very dog friendly and very comfortable. The food is excellent and great value .
