A 30% deposit is required upon booking and the balance must be paid 60 days before arrival, or the full amount immediately if within that period.
A 250 Euro damage deposit is required, to be paid 14 days before your holiday.
A 50 Euro per week usage deposit is required, to be pid 14 days before your holiday.Please inform in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Please note that the full amount of the reservation is due before arrival. will send a confirmation with detailed payment information. After full payment is taken, the property's details, including the address and where to collect keys, will be emailed to you.

We appreciated most things about this villa, the position and vistas were second to non. The directions to the villa were precise and easy to follow.
