- The hosts were friendly, communicative and adaptable. - The location is in a quiet neighbourhood and only having 3 lodges contributed to the tranquility. The way the lodges were built ensure privacy for every guest. - Lodges were as described: clean, new, thoughtfully designed and had everything you could want for your stay in Curacao, from a dishwasher to a proper, full-sized oven and a Nespresso machine. - Good sized, walk-in shower with great water pressure. - The bedroom had dark, blackout curtains and air conditioning. Something to note for those who are sensitive to the heat is that the living areas do not have air conditioning, but it’s perfectly fine with the fans. - Washing machine per lodge available for use in a separate area. - The outdoor pool was well maintained with a cabana and sun loungers. - Around a 20 minute walk to the beach The highlight would be the balcony - it was large and caught some of the most beautiful lighting at sunrise. I would highly recommend staying here in Jan Thiel - I wish I had stayed longer!
