While doing the booking with Booking.com, it had mentioned that early check-in & late check-out was complimentary. Also one way to Airport was complimentary. However no such facility was provided and I had to pay Rs. 1,000/- for early check-in. the staff was also rude.

Service was much better than last time. Rooms were also much much better maintained. Could be because I was upgraded to a suite?? But it was good.
