This house is hands down the most beautiful place we stayed in Zanzibar — even better than the already stunning pictures. It’s bright, light, and airy, and tastefully furnished with so much attention to detail. You instantly feel at home. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook properly, which is rare, and for long stays it’s perfect: there’s a real table where you can comfortably eat and work remotely. The bedroom is huge, with a large, comfortable bed and a mosquito net (not a given in Zanzibar, but very appreciated). The bathroom is also spacious, and the entire apartment was spotless when we arrived — super clean and very well maintained. The property also has a beautiful garden that is truly breathtaking, with an outdoor shower and even a washing machine, which is incredibly rare in Zanzibar and made a big difference for a longer stay. The location is great: quiet and peaceful, yet still close to the beach and all the main amenities. And finally, Antonio — simply the best host we’ve ever had. He picked us up from the airport, was always available, and happily helped with every small request (from extra forks to a clothes rack). He’s genuinely kind, attentive, and makes you feel truly welcome. This was honestly the best stay we’ve had in East Africa. We couldn’t recommend it more.

We spent a wonderful five days at the Samia House apartment. We spoke with Lola before arriving; she answered all my questions and arranged a taxi from the airport. This very cozy house is located in the village, in a quiet and peaceful location. We woke up to the sound of roosters crowing. The house has everything for a comfortable stay. The large bed was comfortable, and the air conditioning was quiet. A washing machine was available, which was very useful. The kitchen has a gas stove and all the necessary utensils for cooking. Drinking water is provided, and there's a pump for large water bottles. Power outages, typical for Zanzibar, are unnoticeable here—no more than 10 minutes. You can order dinner from the menu in your room at prices lower than in a cafe. We had delicious octopus cooked and delivered quickly, hot. The house is located near the beach—a 7-8-minute walk through the village. Along the way, there are small shops selling groceries, drinks, and fruit. I'd especially like to highlight Anthony's attentiveness and care. He was always available, helped with any questions, and arranged transfers for our trips around the island at reasonable prices. We had a wonderful time in Jambiani and would love to return to Samia House to experience the comfort of home and Anthony's attentiveness.

very good place to stay in jambiani. its a spacious, clean and comfortable flat. the beautiful white sand beach and restaurants are all in walking distance. also a friendly and helpful host and assistant!
