Everything about our stay was exceptional! The entire hotel was spotless and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere. What can I say about the staff? They truly made our stay unforgettable. Every single person we met was kind, friendly, and genuinely caring. A special mention goes to the manager, Madalina. Her kindness and dedication went far beyond our expectations—she was always ready to help with any request, and it’s clear her ethos and leadership are what make the team so outstanding. As a vegan, I often struggle to find suitable options when traveling. Before our arrival, I emailed to ask if there might be something available for me. To my amazement, Madalina and her team created an entire vegan menu with countless choices for breakfast, lunch, and dinner—each dish more delicious than the last. I’ve never felt so looked after or so satisfied with the meals during a stay. Another wonderful touch was the flexibility of breakfast. Rather than having to rush to make it on time, it was available whenever you woke up—such a thoughtful and refreshing change! Overall, this hotel exceeded all expectations, thanks to the incredible staff, the attention to detail, and the care they put into every aspect of the experience.

As from our arrival the friendly hotel staff made sure we were as comfortable as it can get. E.g. they helped us book any activity we wanted to do, gave us great advice on how to get around, arranged for transport. Also frequently checking-in whether everything is according to our wishes. Top service! Also, the rooms and overall facilities are very nice and stylish! The property is located in a less touristic part of the island, which was perfect for us to relax after climbing Mount Kilimanjaro and going on safari.

First of all: we have been to 30+ countries and stayed in several hotels all over the world. This hotel definitely makes it to our Top3 spots - highly recommended! We were welcomed very friendly and shown around by Madalina (who is an exceptional manager). Our room was big, bright, beautifully decorated and smelled amazing. Cleaning was done every day when we were out - no dnd sign was necessary. There is even free room service if you need anything. The food is one of the big highlights - breakfast can be taken at any time of the day and they will make you everything you request, even things that are not on the menu. In general, the kitchen is amazing and even considering german standards the food is outstanding and at a fair price! There is a consistent and tasteful boho vibe throughout the hotel with small details everywhere, there are day beds and shade to relax. The staff were genuinely kind, never pushy and were always checking in if everything was okay. Lastly, we celebrated our anniversary and the staff gave everything to make it a perfect day - thank you for the efforts again!

We had an amazing stay! The hotel is in a perfect location, the rooms are big, beautiful and very comfortable. Everything was super clean and the atmosphere was lovely. The food was really delicious and we enjoyed every meal. The owner and staff were so kind and helpful, they truly made us feel at home. Definitely a 10/10 experience – we would love to come back
