We spent 6 nights in the hotel, it was our best stay ever and it is because the people. The hotel had some minor issues (for example the lock didn't work on 1 door), but the staff was always ready to help, even when one of us stepped in sea urchin they performed a little surgery on his foot without hesitation. My father had his 66th birthday there and they went above and beyond. Their customer service is excellent. I would like to thank you for everything it was a pleasure to meet you all.

Our stay at Aquelia Rose hotel was nothing short of magical. From the moment we arrived, we were enveloped in an atmosphere of genuine warmth and hospitality that made it very hard to leave! A massive thank you to Mike and the entire team for being such incredible hosts. Mike goes above and beyond to ensure every guest feels at home, and his local knowledge is invaluable. He gave us the best tips for exploring Jambiani and Zanzibar Island, from football Tanzanian game place to spice farm tour ensuring we experienced the authentic side of the island and the most beautiful local spots. A special shout-out to Massa and the rest of the staff. Their kindness and attention to detail during breakfast were remarkable—we felt truly cared for throughout our entire stay. It’s rare to find service that feels this personal and sincere. The hotel itself is beautiful with a perfect location front beach , but it’s the people who make it a world-class experience. If you are looking for a place where you’ll feel welcomed like family and treated with the utmost care, look no further than Aquelia Rose. Also, appreciate access to food and drink from kitchen ☺️ We can’t wait to come back!
