Great location, kind staff, but serious cleanliness and maintenance issues The hotel has a very good location within walking distance of most major attractions, which is a big plus. The staff were polite and professional throughout my stay, and I have no complaints about their attitude or service. However, I was surprised to find that the hotel requires a cash deposit, and you can’t pay it by card. I explained I didn’t have cash on me at the time and would go to an ATM later. At that point, I was asked whether my passport could be held at reception in the meantime. I must say this is completely unacceptable. A passport is a very important document and should never be left in anyone’s possession, even temporarily. I declined, and to be fair, the staff had no problem letting me bring the deposit later, but the fact that such a question was asked is concerning. As for the hotel itself, it has clearly seen better days. The room needed renovation: visible mold in the shower, a very loud air conditioner, and a musty smell that never quite went away. The bedding looked used supposedly clean, but the white fabric had long since turned gray. On the bright side, there was a fridge in the room, which was useful. My room was located right across from the elevator, which played a short tune every time it arrived at the floor and that woke me up several times during the night. A small detail, but it made a big impact on my sleep quality. Unfortunately, the biggest disappointment was the breakfast area. The restaurant was dirty and smelled bad dishes and coffee cups weren’t properly washed, and overall hygiene was poor. I found traces of another flavor in my watermelon, suggesting it was cut on the same board as something savory. I skipped breakfast entirely on the second day, even though it was included in my stay. The price was appealing, which is why I booked it, but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Amazing staff and a good location. There were a few problems with an outside noise and staff were able to move me to another room. They were very helpful and friendly.

The location is great, it's very close to everything you need. The rooms are a nice size and the bathrooms are decent. Although, lots of mould in the shower.
