Great location in the city with malls with great restaurants near by. Staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is amazing. Being about to request room service and more through the app before heading out is amazing. Rooms are huge. Can put an extra bed in the room for a child.

The staff are simply the hotel's biggest asset friendly, helpful, attentive, and welcoming with the biggest smile in the business. It is so good to see what hospitality is all about....being looked after in style. Jennifer in the Horizon Club, Joko and Andi the porters and Fitra and Rena in reception just to mention a few exceptional people. See you again soon.

The staff were absolutely brilliant and could not have been any more accommodating. The hotel facilities were also first class. At breakfast, Eri was fantastic. Very much appreciated her conversation and advice.
