The service started even before our trip began, the Butler contacted via whatsapp and helped on every aspect of our trip. The staff behaved very professionally and at the same time politely. Even the housekeeping staff was so polite and attentive. Overall it was fantastic luxurious experience at Raffles Jakarta

The Twin Rooms had double-double beds. The rooms are larger than expected. The whatsapp chat for butler service was an excellent idea and they were very attentive to all our needs.

Absolutely everything. The staff were amazingly helpful, facilities spotless. Rooms were massive and they accommodated special requests without hesitation. Pool was lovely and clean. Very luxurious and clean room, comfortable bedding, friendly staff, thoughtful complimentary stuff like personal letter, chocolate and fruit platter sent to the room. Breakfast was amazing.
