I enjoyed my stay and felt safe at the place. There are many facilities available, but I have a few comments. The location of the facilities was not clearly marked, including the pool, spa, and salon. I didn't know where they were, and the jacuzzi and sauna were also not easily marked. I wasn't satisfied with the salon service. I had an appointment booked two days in advance, but on the day of my appointment, they apologized, saying the stylist wasn't available and the salon was closed. However, a wonderful employee resolved the issue and was very helpful. I would also like to thank IT, Mr.Ridho, for helping me with my phone problem. ِAlso there are no outdoor seating areas or terraces for tourists who come to spend their holidays and want to stay up late, That open 24 hours. Last but not least, I would like to sit and wait outside for my car or sit to smoke outside, there is no seating outside the main gate, maybe u can add small chairs that can fit in the hallway outside the gates if it possible. And thank you to all the kind staff for making my stay more comfortable and enjoyable.
