Very clean and organised . Very comfortable to stay in. I don’t usually use the towels from the hotel but when I saw the towels from your hotel are very clean, no smell and white in color then I use them.

You should not book this if you don’t like warm hospitality, getting well taken care of and creating good memories. Had one of the best stay I’ve ever had at Pan Pacific Jakarta. We decided to spend our Valentine’s Day this year at Pan Pacific Jakarta before heading to Bali. The Pacific Club did not disappoint. The team contacted me before hand as I’ve indicated special occasion celebration. They even told me to send them photos so they can print out and decorate the room. Check in was comfortable at the Pacific club located at Level 90. We were warmly greeted by Van and Indah once we reach the Pacific Club. View was stunning albeit the poor visibility. Was a shame that the Eden’s bar was closed for private event on this special evening. However, Van took really good care of the both of us throughout the evening cocktail. Special shoutout to John as he makes some of the best cocktails ! Room was beautifully decorated and my partner was really surprised by it. For anyone who is looking to leave some good memories, Pan Pacific Jakarta definitely made it on the list. Once again, big shoutout to Van and Pacific Club team for taking such good care of us during our stay!

The location is perfect. I stayed in a beautiful room on level 88, and the view was absolutely stunning. The hotel exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend taking a dip in the swimming pool — it's truly fantastic. The staff are incredibly friendly, and the restaurant team is just as outstanding. Overall, it’s one of the best hotels in Jakarta! My regards Ali Abssawi
