I truly enjoy staying at Novotel, especially when I arrive very late with my vehicle on a Sunday night. I had to arrange long-term parking, and the security at Mangga Dua Square kept changing their prices once they realised I was a foreigner. The Novotel staff responsible for long-term parking were not due to arrive until after I had already departed. Out of necessity, I entrusted my vehicle to Novotel, and I was extremely impressed with how seamlessly they handled everything in my absence and secured my car in long-term parking on my behalf. The pricing was fair and very reasonable, for which I am truly grateful. Thank you, Novotel, for your professionalism and excellent service.

The staff was extremely cooperative in helping me with long term parking. I arrived with my vehicle with last minute notice. Mangga Dua Square Security parking kept fluctuating their prices.It was late Sunday night and Novotel representatives were not starting until Monday morning who could fix my situation. Due to flight schedule I was to leave early. Much stress not knowing the final cinario. And then perfect.Novotel organised everything in my absence. It's wonderful to have someone to trust 🌹🦘👌🙏
