The hotel is clean, walking distance to Kota Tua and the executive room with terrace opening on the garden was huge and comfortable. What made our stay special, though, was the staff. We had a health related issue and had to stay at the hotel longer than planned. The staff went above and beyond, finding us a doctor who came multiple times at the hotel, accommodating our dietary requirements and always checking on us to see how we were doing.

The location is very close to kota tua and that’s why we booked it. It was only a few minutes walking. The staff was really friendly and breakfast good. They arranged a paid pick from the airport. The room was comfortabel and clean and they provide free drinking water. I didn’t use any of their facilities like pool or sauna unfortunately because there wasn’t enough time. I would definately stay here again!

Perfect hotel, very comfortable rooms, especially a room with terrace. All facilities are available and very nice. Personal is very friendly and helpful with any question.
