This hotel is absolutely amazing, the polite and welcoming staff, smooth check in, excellent facilities and great location. The staff honestly couldn't do enough for you. We also booked a couples massage which the hotel accommodated the same day, a shout out to Mamai and Celia who tended to us, I no longer felt jet lagged. We thoroughly enjoyed Jakarta, and this was mainly due to this hotel. When I visit Jakarta again I will be staying here again.

Great ambience and hospitality, reflecting Indonesia magnificent culture. Wish to extend out utmost gratitude ro Ms Grace and Ms Intan at level 21 and even the cleaner ikmal..you are the people make everything smooth sailing, instill and pervading relax environment to us..my wife n boys love the stay..definitely will visit again.
