I like the accessibility of the hotel to the MRT and opposite Grand Indonesia. Rooms are new and clean. Staff are all very attentive and efficient.

We had a wonderful stay at Mandarin Oriental, Jakarta. The room was very spacious, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. The staff were always attentive, polite, and went above and beyond to meet our requests. They made us feel truly welcome and even offered to help plan an itinerary for us, which was a very thoughtful touch. It made our anniversary celebration even more special.

The location close to the shopping mall. Big room and very good water pressure. Perfectly secure system when you enter the lift to your room. A lot of asian breakfast choices. Comfortable bed.
