Receptionist were kind and friendly, they immediately addressed our concerns. And excellent job by Lella at the restaurant in the lobby. Geart hospitality from security to all the personal. And it is a safe place to be.

Had issues with key access over 5 times but sorted out -rooms spacious and very clean-my Indonesian friends loved it-breakfast great choice and nicely cooked food -dinner in top floor restaurant first night very good -to find shops turn right out of front door alfomart or similar

the room or apartment is spacious, there is a kitchen that can be used. There are also markets and a bank in the complex. The indonesian meal was good. The personal in the front door was very helpful and friendly.
