Doni and Resta on the Red Level made our stay, but to be fair to all the staff in Gran Melia, absolutely every interaction was a joy, from the turndown chap who left extra chocolates for my wife, to the manager who greeted us on the first day. We felt more than valued, we felt like we were part of a family. And everything else was world-class too, the rooms, the food, the views, etc.

All good, but a strange room configuration. I booked a suite, and the bedroom was separate, but the living area had only a work desk and a dining table. No sofa arrangement, chairs or sofa table, etc. If you want to watch TV, then you must sit at the dining table. Last time I stayed in a standard room, which was better equipped. Staff are very friendly and service-minded.

Overall, I had a pleasant stay at Gran Meliá Jakarta. Although the air conditioning in the room wasn’t very cold, the hotel itself was comfortable, cozy, and well-maintained. I’d also like to give special praise to Kathrince at the reception. She was extremely helpful throughout my stay, especially in assisting with my late check-out. Truly appreciated her excellent service!

Amazing staff member. This is my second time to stay at the Gran Melia Jakarta. Their staff, treated me like a long lost aunt, so sweet in particularlybest Aulia is lovely. I will definitely come back again.
