room was not clean upon arrival, had to call 3 times to get my luggage, they don't provide enough drinking water and ignore requests for more drinking water. the room looks really tired and worn. for the money I paid it's not worth it.

We are very happy n satisfied to stay here for black pink concert ...more then I expected..big room good location delicious breakfast, taste yummy food from restaurant 1945 (traditional Indonesia food) beautiful view with drinks at 722 bar reception and all the staff are very polite n gave a very good serviced to us...just stayed at hotel can enjoyed my short trip...will come back if attend concert again

Staff were excellent. Everyone were super helpful to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfasts had a terrific range of food. All the facilities were well maintained. Rooftop bar was a great place to unwind at the end of the day.
