We booked 2 rooms for our family. One of them should be twin. However apparently when we arrived in the evening they didn't have that room anymore, but they upgraded our room & provided extra bed for free to compensate that. So we super loved that extra service. We also loved the variety of food in the restaurant, great locations (walking distance to several shopping malls, the stadium, MRT/BRT station) and the quick response of their staffs for every issue/request that we have.

Breakfast was good with a lot of options. The location was great, it is located close to the JICC, and there was a mall next to the hotel.
