Omg what a VIEW!!! I had a panoramic room and the view was absolutely incredible. Very clean comfortable room with a nice seating area, even a handheld steamer which was amazing to get the creases out of my clothes and a handy water bottle refill just outside the lifts. The food was delicious at breakfast and cute little gym and great pool. The staff were absolutely amazing everyone was soooo helpful, would definitely stay there again!

The breakfast was great and tailored to our expectations. I really appreciated the extra touches from the staff- they gave me a complimentary cake when I had to change rooms, and even offered a free mocktail. Everyone was very nice and constantly checking in for feedback, which made the whole experience feel very welcoming.

The view. We went on NYE. It was quiet. From lvl 38 we can see fireworks ard Jakarta.
