Location to Airport , beautiful property, the staff we met : duty manager Jagrut , our breakfast attendant Rajveer , retail shop manager Rithik , porter Narayan - all were very courteous and very pleasant, was a lovely & enjoyable experience.

Staff needs more training. Some staff are excellent, but few has terrible attitude, especially a guy in black suit in Bar. Seems to be the Bar Manager.

The breakfast was delightful. Food in general at the 24/7 and Baluchi was great. Baluchi can use a bit more staffing / Ambience / kitchen needs spruce up for cost.
