The staff was very friendly and always helpful! The location was also very good as we could walk everywhere without having to pay for transport. The room and bathroom and bed are not very clean but not much worse than most of the other cheap hostels all over india... What is a bit annoying is that you have to ask for the hot water boiler to be turned on half an hour before using it. Additionally ours was not working so we had to go to shower in another room. Otherwise the common spaces of the hostel are very cute and comfortable and colourful and we felt like having a good overall experience!
