Very friendly and helpful staff. The room was also nice. The highlight for us was the breakfast and dinner, served at the restaurant. Location is also convenient, not far from a metro station, that would get you to the city center, however you would have to pass a very busy street to get there. Jaipur train station is just a few minutes away from the hotel.

We had an issue with the water bottles , prices were different when bought at the reception and the restaurant, which was not mentioned , caused an issue at the end but we just couldn’t be bothered so paid , better to inform guests beforehand rather trying to deny the conversation.

The hotel was all very good, but in that price you would get much better location and heritage vibes of jaipur. But staff, specially I would like to mention were all super polite and helped us in everyway possible.
