Our stay in the KOTA apartment was PERFECT! We have stayed in the largest apartment for 4 persons and it was fully equipped, much better than it was shown on pictures.. It had Christmas ornaments, blankets, candles, games.. The owner is extremely polite and helpful and he had even prepared a rakija battle for us as a welcome. The apartment has small room upstairs that is just for sleeping, it has two joined beds..we slept there like babies. Downstairs there is a fully equipped kitchen with living room, bathroom and balcony that has glass on 3 walls so it's like sitting outside, but it's warm:)

Great location, it's a 5 minute leisure walk to the ski lifts, and there are multiple ski rental places if you need them. Also close to several nice restaurants with great food. The apartment itself is spacious enough for a family of four, and the facilities allow for even longer stays.
