The apartment is located on the ground floor, with a few steps leading down from the parking level to the entrance. It includes a comfortable double bed with a medium-firm mattress, as well as a sofa bed. While there is no air conditioning, the apartment stays cool due to its north-facing doors and window, even on hot August days. The main attraction of the apartment is the roofed terrace, offering a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea, including the Gulf of Trieste, Koper Bay, and Italian seaside towns. The property also has a private footpath leading down to the beach below. If you'd like to visit Piran, it's best to leave your car and take a local bus, as the bus stop is only a few minutes away. You can also walk to Isola along the sea.

It's an individual house apartment. The city of Izola is at 5 minutes walk. The location is very close the the beach. The parking is free, which is important because there aren't any free parking place in the cities.
