Comfortable bed in a spacious room, TV available in the room with international news. The breakfast was very nice and staff friendly and helpful. Bus station close by and a Keels supermarket about 5-10min walk. Ideal for a couple of nights.

Very friendly staff, always welcoming and caring. They also helped with the laundry and offered a nice breakfast of dosa/string hoppers, and tea.

Raymond and the other staff member I interacted with (who's name I didn't catch) were so welcoming and friendly, they really made my time in Jaffna lovely! Raymond, who works on the front desk, speaks excellent English so it was really interesting to talk to him about life in Jaffna to get a feel for that from a local. He was always keen to help me out with things like sorting out motorbike rental, and I really got the impression this was just to be helpful, not like some hotels promoting their services so they can take a commission. As he didn't mind at all when I rented from elsewhere (and he helped me negotiate with the external rental place when there were some issues). He was wonderful conversation and very friendly! The other member of staff I interacted with didn't speak much English but more than made up for it with a super friendly manner and was extremely welcoming and kind. They made tasty and enormous local breakfasts with vast amounts of delicious milk tea 🤩 after my first night here I decided to stay another night on my way back through Jaffna, and if I came to Jaffna again I'd definitely stay here. The location is great, really central near the fort and market but also not too far from Nallur, and the rooms were nice and clean. They also do very reasonably priced laundry for just 500 lkr for a full load - super handy! Thanks Raymond for a lovely stay!
