We stayed at this hotel, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. While the accommodation itself was acceptable, the restaurant management was extremely poor. The staff were not given proper clean clothes or shoes, which made us feel very uncomfortable about dining there. Because of this, we chose to eat at a different hotel throughout our stay. It is very important for any hotel to maintain proper hygiene standards, especially in the restaurant. Sadly, this basic expectation was not met here. Until the management addresses these issues seriously, I would not recommend this place for meals.

breakfast, there was a good choice and we enjoyed real Jaffna food. Room is very clean and spacious. Value for money.
