Staff were incredibly helpful and kind since the moment we arrived to the hotel, the room service was simply exceptional, always keeping room very clean and tidy and even kindly folded our clothes. Never had such service anywhere else I’ve stayed, highly recommend and would definitely stay here again when we come back.

Great central location and a nice city hotel. I like that it had a pool even though I didn’t use it due to the weather. I really liked the buffet, at both breakfast and lunch.

Convenient location, friendly attentive staff, good aircon, nice Christmas festivities. Pool is a plus in Jaffna! Excellent buffet breakfast with authentic Jaffna dishes
