Loved the staff (Devini, Yathusha, Uma). Welcomed us with big smiles and looked after with courtesy and kindness. Helped out of the way to order food. Very clean and hygienic. The team was always there to attend to our needs and requests. Full of smiles. Great spot. The BEST place to stay in Jaffna. Recommend always. We will come back again. Thank you so much Devini

I had an amazing stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, Not far away from everything I wanted to explore, making it incredibly convenient for sightseeing and dining. The staff were exceptional – warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with a smile, making me feel right at home. The room was clean, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed for a relaxing stay. I couldn't have asked for a better experience, and I highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting the area!
