The staff are very friendly and accommodating, and the food is delicious. The rooms are clean and quiet.

They had made a mistake with our booking and we were asked to move to the Jetwing Mahesa Bhawan which is more of a small boutique villa. Staff at the villa were incredible otherwise we would not have been so comfortable.
