Room is very spacious, nice, comfortable and clean. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Manager, Ms. Suwanthi is very helpful. She helped to get a car to explore Jaffna and also helped on food. Taxi Car owner Mr. Derin also very good service provider. He speaks Tamil, English and Sinhala too. Staff Mr. Anthony is the best and he took care of us very well at Hotel. He manage to serve all the guests in the hotel in same manner. He speaks Tamil, Sinhala and English. Its very convenient that Hotel has a restaurant which is very clean and also food is good & Tasty. I had best Idly from Gatetrees Restaurant. Others liked the seafood rice too. Location is excellent. Very close by to Railway station and Jaffna town. Hotel is done in a olden days Bungalow and garden is with very old big trees and very greenly. Some Furniture are very unique. I love that green surroundings. They had made modern accommodation/rooms separately. I met Owner and he also very friendly.

This hotel is set in a large leafy garden with the outdoor eating area shaded by a huge jackfruit tree. The rooms are spacious and very clean. The shower was exceptional. The beds and pillows were comfortable. Breakfast had a choice of options which was very good. We ate here for dinner on our first night and the meal was well prepared and presented. We had our own vehicle and parking was available on site. It was a short drive to Jaffna Fort and the centre of town.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, they actively look for and assist if you need anything. Had very tasty Sri Lankan breakfast everyday during my 3 day stay here. The room was very clean, comfortable and spacious.

We stayed in a delux room. Faultless. V comfortable bed, quiet, cool, very helpful host and hostess. We hired some bikes which helped. We did not eat there but former Jaffna people who stay there were very positive. Overall relaxed and friendly and all walking distance of town andNallur

The property was central and the staff were very helpful. The food was very reasonably priced and some of the best meals we had during our 5 night stay.
