Staff was super friendly and had lots of common sense in finding solutions (shout-out to Mariana who was able to find a workaround for us to pay when then card on our phone kept failing to go through)

The staff was very friendly and the kids loved the pool. The food in the restaurants was delicious and I really liked the coffee shop.
