Face-to-face reception from 4.30 to 8.30 pm, rest of the day from 2.00 to 4.30 pm and from 8.30 to midnight we will assist you remotely, contact the hotel when you make your reservation. In the mornings from 10.00 to 14.00 we also attend in person, at this time you can also access the establishment if the rooms are available.Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

A good location in central Jaca. I found an on-street parking space directly opposite. Ideal for an overnight stop, as I was driving from Spain into France via the Col de Somport. The hotel presented well, with a very helpful lady on reception. The room with ensuite was perfect for what I needed

The staff was really friendly. She made a taxi reservation from Jaca to Ainsa on behalf of us as we cannot speak Spanish. We wouldn’t of able to sort it out without her. And very good location and comfy place!
