Very nice stay. We enjoyed it. Communication before and during stay was OK. Both kitchenets are very well equipped, really above usual standard. Private beach (molo) in front of the house. The BBQ was exceptionally equipped with large store of wood, solid tablets for kindling, ... The owner offered us to park our car under shelter. All rooms were equipped with electric mosquito repellent for free => you just need to bring good mood and enjoy the stay. In case you have a large car (8 seater large van in my case) it could be a bit difficult to find right way to property and pass safely narrow roads and streets of Mali Iž. However, it's manageable. The shop in 400m distant Mali Iž is rather small and equipped with basic stuff only. So it's better to visit a supermarket in the Zadar if possible. However, the bakery selection is sufficient, as they bake frozen bread and pastries continuously throughout the day. Also I recommend to bring some mosquito repellent for outside, especially for evenings :)
