Checking in was easy. The room was surprisingly spacious. Beds were a little hard, but we still slept well. We enjoyed the view of the ocean and Osaka and had no issues with aeroplane noise. The hotel was nice and quiet.

The room was huge and the staff was super friendly. Great location with a big outlet shopping mall just outside the hotel complex. The staff arranged luggage shipping for us and helped us with the shuttle bus to the airport. Amazing!

A very pleasant hotel, located one train stop from the Kansai International Airport. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Our room was spotless, spacious, and it included everything we needed for our stay.
