The room itself was nice and generally comfortable, although I did notice the floor mat was a bit dusty. The surrounding area can be quite noisy, especially at night—I could hear motorbikes and people talking outside. There's also a pachinko shop across from the hotel, which added to the noise level. Despite this, I was overall quite satisfied with my stay. The room met my expectations in terms of comfort and value.

Location is top most value for money for this property.Not to mention a lot of amenities around it.The property itself is very clean,everything in the apt works,seems like new and only 1 minute walk to train station and 2 stops away from KIX.
