We had 3 nights here to explore Izu Peninsula. Our room was spacious with a sea view. The staff were very friendly and welcoming. We arranged to have dinner on one night and breakfast each day. These were authentic Japanese meals and were stunning. A real treat! There is an outdoor tub you can fill with fresh hot water for an outdoor soak. We also found and amazing natural hot pool further south - Sawada Park open air bath. Worth a visit. It took us a couple of nights to adjust to futon sleeping because we are soft westerners.

Delicious dinner, amazing view and lovely hot tub. Friendly and helpful staffs. Bigger room compared to any other rooms in Japan. Highly recommended.
