The hotel felt like a traditional Japanese experience. We loved our room, the onsen felt incredible. The staff delivered excellent service and patience. This is the best hotel I ever stayed at! Highly recommend:)

- Stunning property, beautiful gardens and rooms - Staff were wonderful - Breakfast and dinner were lovely; really felt special staying here - In-room onsen was awesome

The location was good. The interior garden fantastic. The service was what is expected in a ryokan. Good amenities.the hot bath experience very refresh

They normally have a collection shuttle that will pick you up from / drop you at the train station. It wasn't running when we visited, but they covered the cost of a taxi for us instead.
