The staff is very attentive while giving you your privacy. They can make fresh Turkish coffee and çay for you. The rooms are clean and a great value for the money. It’s about 20 minutes walk to Alsancak and some small stores are around the hotel. The stay was pleasant for us.

Excellent location, numerous places to eat around the hotel, approx 15 mins walk to the centre, huge rooms, most hospitable staff and owner. The front desk staff both daytime and night always smiling and helpful and no request was too much. Owner extremely helpful in every way I.e. places to visit, etc. Always willing to help. Early check in without charge was so very much appreciated. One of the cheapest hotels in Izmir centre. Thank you to all at Punta Vista.

The hotel is in an area with narrow streets but you can get around. The rooms are bright, they are cleaned daily, the staff is very kind and ready to help you with anything..

This was the highlight among all our bookings yet in Turkey ✨️ The hosts went out of the way to make us feel comfortable. The room itself was very well furnished. We will come back if we visit Izmir in future.
