Clean room. The location is about 15 min walk to the metro station where we can take the train to the airport. The receptionist is very helpful and in providing information.

The attitude of staff is great! And feel like very safe and comfortable for the 24-7 reception. The location is also very nice.

We had a great stay at this hotel in Izmir. The staff were very friendly and helpful, and the room was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The breakfast offered a good variety of fresh, high-quality options, and the location made it easy to explore the city. Overall, an excellent experience — highly recommended!
