Great staff & customer service. Typical old school & traditional Japanese style. Exceptional atmosphere with private onsen which was one of the highlights of the stay. Free taxi to & from the Ito train station is a lovely touch.

The hotel was a great experience and a perfect addition to our trip to Japan. The staff were very kind and friendly, and daily cleaning was provided during our stay. My partner and I chose this hotel because of the private onsen, which you can reserve during your stay—a definite highlight! A free taxi ride from the station to the hotel was also included, which was especially convenient given the hot weather at the time, as it saved us from carrying our luggage all the way from the station. In addition, there is a convenience store and a bus stop close to the hotel, making it easy to explore Izu. We will definitely return if we decide to explore the Izu Peninsula next time again!
