Great location. Parking available. Can walk into Ithaca itself easily. Clean facilities, friendly welcome, great room. Quiet . Complimentary coffee.

The funky decor and friendly staff. Love the 50’s college dorm styling and think the set up of the rooms - which are quite small - is very innovative.
