The employees are both friendly and helpful. It's possible to check with them early without any extra fees. The room was big and good for a group of family.

The location is super central and the owner of the hotel was extremely helpful with booking any activities or giving local tips.

Janeth was great. A typhoon hit while we were there and the town water supply was cut off. Janeth provided buckets of water straight away for us to flush the toilet and have a shower. She also booked us tickets for the minivan from Port Barton to El Nido and confirmed with the driver what time it would leave since it was delayed due to a landslide and the road being closed. The hut we stayed in was really cosy and it was nice having the balcony with a table and bench seating outside so we could stay dry while the rain poured down around us. Hot and cold drinking water is provided in the reception area and there is a short cut into the back of the corner store so we could buy snacks etc when it was too wet and windy to venture out into the street.
