A cute traditional little house in the village of Ysternia. It has a great balcony with a great view where you can relax with your coffee and your book. As the island is usually windy the temperature was great - we could sleep without the A/C (which is available at the property if needed). There is also a ceiling fan in the bedroom which was very pleasant. The host Ms Ioanna is absolutely great. She met us at the property with the keys and she brought some basic provisions for food and coffee as she knew we arrived around lunchtime. The property is next to a very popular cafe/bar that has great breakfast-coffee-cocktails and a fantastic balcony with the best view. There are a few more cafes and restaurants only a couple of minutes' walk from the property so location is great. Overall a great no-frills stay at a traditional house and value for money for this island.

Ioanna is a very good hostess, friendly and welcoming. The house was clean and well equipped, with a lovely porch overlooking village's rooftops and Syros island. Lively vibes from passers by through the alley, all in all it was perfect for our short stay to explore Ysternia and the surroundings.
