My friends stayed at a 5 star hotel but ZELYA flats had things that their hotel was missing, including a washing machine in the room, an extractor fan in the bathroom, a freezer within the fridge, no problems with disturbing or being disturbed by neighbours.

We recently had the pleasure of staying at Zelya flats in Istanbul, with my family and friends and it was truly a remarkable experience. Zelya, the owner, and Firuza, her co-worker, went above and beyond in ensuring a fantastic stay. Their warm hospitality and meticulous attention to detail were evident throughout my visit. The highlight was undoubtedly the New Year party they organized on a yacht. The seamless arrangements, thoughtful touches, and their personal involvement made the event unforgettable. Zelya and Firuza's dedication to creating a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere truly sets Zelya flats apart. The accommodations were comfortable, the location was excellent, but it was the exceptional service and genuine care from Zelya and Firuza that made my stay truly exceptional. We highly recommend Zelya flats for a memorable and delightful stay in Istanbul."
