The family room was quite big and clean, had 2 pools (indoor and outdoor) with Sauna and Steam Rooms beside a Hammam. The breakfast restaurant was big and had a decent variety for breakfast.

Great view of city from room. Rooms were clean and had bath, Comfortable bed and good aircon. Nice brasserie and roof top restaurant with great view. Service could be hit and miss in restaurants.

We had a great stay at Windsor Hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, especially the reservation manager Esra who was exceptionally cooperative. Highly recommended and would gladly stay again.

Breakfast cabs staff is polite and friendly pool was the best food was nice and affordable the bed was very comfortable housekeeping staff was very polite very clean room
