I would like first to mention that I am a returning resident to this hotel. I have got it this time with an excellent price. The hotel’s location is perfect. The hotel is a walking distance from Galataport and near two tramway stations of Tophane & Karaköy. The hotel is not far away from Eminönü port. The size of the room is fair. The location of the hotel is in a quiet neighborhood. There is a nearby Carrefour. The guy at the night shift, unfortunately I did not get his name, was a gentleman.

We booked this on a last minute (1am) because our other accommodation had no water for the day. The staff were very kind even late at night and the next morning. We appreciated their availability and helpfulness on a last minute basis. The hotel is centrally located in Karakoy and very upscale and beautiful.
