My stay at this hotel was 7 days. The Reception staff were all kind and helped me with whatever advice I asked for. The room was not comfortable, it does not correspond to the photos in Booking. The staff told me that it is a Boutique Hotel. But nothing in the room seems that I stay at a Boutique Hotel. Also, .... Also, for 4 days no one has cleaned my room, I did not have new towels, nor toilet paper. When I asked at the reception why the room had not been cleaned for 4 days, they apologized, told me to go up to the roof for coffee for 10 minutes and they would clean it immediately ... The next day I would leave the Hotel. Also, in the evenings there was a lot of noise from Rezeption mainly at night with women who were apparently returning late from their entertainment. I will definitely never prefer this hotel again

Hotel is close to everything. Easy to access metro, boats, shops, restaurants.
